How We Recruit

After receipt of application, we screen and evaluate all applications in order to select the candidates we would like to progress to a personal interview.

The selected candidates are invited to attend an initial job interview. Typically, the recruiting manager and a department colleague or a Resourcing Team member will participate in the interview.

Following the first interview, we would typically select 2-5 candidates who are then invited to a second interview. In this interview, we will carry out in-depth discussions about the job.

Dependant on where the role will be based, we will obtain references from your former employer, either before we offer you a contract of employment, or after we have verbally offered you the role. The contract is sent to you as soon as possible.

If you are not invited to attend an interview, you will receive an intimation. If you have attended an interview with us, you will receive verbal notification of the outcome of your interview.

It is important that your application is customized for the specific job you are applying for. Your application should include a CV and a Cover Letter.

The cover letter is your chance to promote yourself and state why you are the right person for the job. Explain your motivation for applying and how your skills and qualifications match the job requirements. The cover letter should not be too long approximately one page so it is important that you are precise and to-the-point. Remember to check your letter for spelling errors.

Your CV should be a clear and brief overview of your education, experience, professional and personal qualifications and any other information you consider relevant for the job. Make sure that your CV is updated & contains your Present & Expected CTC.

You do not need to enclose letters of recommendation or a list of reference persons but we suggest that you bring them with you to the interview. If a qualification (degree/diploma,/PhD, etc.) is a requirement for the role, please bring all relevant certificates with you to the job interview.
